MLA Kumar Ujjwal Das’s Facebook and WhatsApp Accounts Hacked, Hackers Ask People for Money


The Facebook account of Simariya Assembly constituency MLA Kumar Ujjwal Das has been hacked by cybercriminals. After taking control of his account, the hackers began sending messages to people and asking for money in his name.

The incident created panic among the public. MLA Kumar Ujjwal Das later informed citizens through his official channels that not only his Facebook, but his WhatsApp account was also hacked. He warned people to stay alert and not fall victim to fraud.

The hackers are reportedly sending messages to several people requesting financial help. The MLA clarified that any such message seeking money is fake. He urged the public to ignore such demands immediately and report them to the nearest police station or cyber cell.

Calling the act an attempt to cheat innocent people, Das stressed the importance of awareness and careful social media use. Authorities have also advised people not to click on unknown links and to verify information before responding to any suspicious message.
